Why 24-Hour Deep Pour?

1/3 the wait. Same crystal-clear result.

Standard deep pour epoxy takes 48–72 hours before you can demold — and every day you wait is a day the next project doesn't move. If you're running a production shop or working against a deadline, that lag adds up fast.

24 Hour Liquid Glass® cuts your demold time in half without compromising clarity or depth. You still get up to 2 inches per single pour, the same UV-stable, self-degassing formula, and the same rock-hard cure — just on a faster schedule.

Two pours in the time it used to take one. Perfect for high-volume shops, commission work, and anyone who measures productivity by pieces per week.

Built for Faster Builds

  • Production Woodworking

High-volume shops that need 24-hour turnaround, not 72.

  • River Tables & Live-Edge Slabs

Fill voids and channels in depth, then move to the next piece faster.

  • Commission Work

Meet client deadlines without compromising quality or clarity.

  • Casting & Encapsulation

Fast-cure castings for figurines, specimens, smaller projects and display objects.

  • Resin Art Pieces

Thick fluid art pieces on a faster production cycle.

  • Bar & Countertop Builds

Structural depth projects on a tighter production schedule.

What Makers Are Saying

4.8 out of 5 stars from 300+ verified purchases

I run a production shop making 8–12 river tables a month. Switching to the 24-hour formula literally doubled my throughput. Same clarity as the standard, out of the mold the next morning.
Dave P. ✓ Verified Purchase
Had a commission with a 2-week deadline and two thick pours to do. The 24-hour formula let me do both pours in under a week. Delivery was on time, client was thrilled.
Tanya R. ✓ Verified Purchase
Crystal clear, zero bubbles. I was skeptical that faster meant worse — it doesn't. Same great Superclear quality, just out of the mold way sooner.
Ken W. ✓ Verified Purchase
Perfect for my casting work. I do smaller decorative pieces and the 24-hour turnaround means I can iterate fast. Colors are vivid, clarity is perfect.
Jessica M. ✓ Verified Purchase
Ordered twice now. First order I thought the quick cure was a gimmick. Now I won't go back to the long-cure formula for my production work. Night and day for throughput.
Tom H. ✓ Verified Purchase
Used it for a set of display pieces for a craft fair — tight deadline. Mixed perfectly, leveled perfectly, demold the next morning. All six pieces were flawless.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is 24 Hour Liquid Glass® different from standard Liquid Glass® Deep Pour?
The primary difference is cure speed. 24 Hour Liquid Glass® is formulated to demold in 24 hours versus 48–72 hours for standard Liquid Glass®. The trade-off is pour depth: standard Liquid Glass® handles up to 4 inches per single pour, while the 24-hour formula is rated for up to 1 inch per pass, at 2 quarts max volume. Clarity, hardness and UV stability are equivalent between the two.
Can I pour 24 Hour Liquid Glass® as thick as the standard formula?
No. The faster-cure chemistry of 24 Hour Liquid Glass® is optimized for pours up to 2 inches. Standard Liquid Glass® Deep Pour Epoxy is rated for up to 4 inches per pass. For deep river table voids or thick castings, use standard Liquid Glass®. For production work where faster turnaround matters more than maximum depth, use the 24-hour formula.
What is the mix ratio for 24 Hour Liquid Glass®?
24 Hour Liquid Glass® uses a 2:1 mix ratio — 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener, measured by volume. Accurate measuring is critical; using a marked mixing cup or the Superclear Epoxy Calculator is recommended.
Will 24 Hour Liquid Glass® be as clear as the standard formula?
Yes. Both formulas use the same Superclear® 2.0 UV-stabilized chemistry. The optical clarity, gloss level, and UV resistance are equivalent. The faster cure time does not affect visual quality.
What temperature do I need for 24 Hour Liquid Glass®?
Superclear recommends working within 70–84°F. For the 24-hour formula, maintaining consistent temperature throughout the cure window is especially important — temperature variation can slow the cure and affect clarity. Keep your workspace at a steady temperature during the full 24-hour cure period. Keep in mind, the higher the temp, the quicker the cure. The lower the temp, the slower the cure. However, the lower the temp, mass/volume starts to factor in, and without enough mass/volume, if the temp is too low, as with any epoxy, the cure will stop. Stay within the recommended temperature range unless you are a professional.
Can I use 24 Hour Liquid Glass® for river tables?
Yes. 24 Hour Liquid Glass® is well-suited for river table builds, especially for production shops making multiple tables at once. For voids deeper than 2 inches, plan multiple pours — each layer can be poured the following day after demold, so a 4-inch total depth requires two pours over two days instead of one pour over three days with standard Liquid Glass®.
Where is 24 Hour Liquid Glass® made?
24 Hour Liquid Glass® is manufactured by Fiberglass Coatings, Inc. (FGCI) in St. Petersburg, Florida. FGCI has been producing epoxy resins and specialty coatings in the USA for over 60 years.

I was surprised by the fumes with the 24 hrs

I was surprised by the fumes with the 24 hrs Super Clear and also that it didnt harden by 24 hours. Just used it last night and both my husband and I have burning throat and eyes. It kind of comes and goes. We left the house today and really noticed when we walked back in. We've run our air purifier full blast the entire time. I did some letters for key chains and the resin was so soft I couldn't remove excess bits. I hope it cures better with another 24 hours. I also mixed some pigment in some of the resin to cover a substrate and it appears the color separated on the edges. All that said, there were no bubbles and the clarity is beautiful. I just didn't have these issues with deep casting resin.

The Superclear Deep Pour 24 was a perfect addition to

The Superclear Deep Pour 24 was a perfect addition to the Superclear line up of products. We had been using the Deep Pour for quite some time and tried the Deep Pour 24 when it came out. Love it! Perfect for those in between pours where it would take multiple pours with the Table Top but which the regular deep pour is a bit of overkill and takes longer to cure. We use these for epoxy and wood coasters which get poured over 1/4" and this allows us to pour more of these in the same amount of time.

I ordered this to make a large river dining room table. I was going to make multiple pours to get to the 2 inch thickness. After receiving the product I noticed it said mix only 2 quarts at a time. I saw that it was good for 1 inch pours but nothing about not to pour more volume. After calling they said this product was for smaller projects that only require a quart or less. I have to say the description and instructions are very misleading. I had to order 2.0 because this would not work on more volume than a quart. I love their products but the description even talks about tables and such. Description says one inch but nothing about more than a quart at a time. My table is going to be gallons not quarts.
